The mission of the Morningstar Baptist Foundation, Inc. is to procure and manage resources which support Morningstar Treatment Services, Inc. in achieving its vision and mission of serving children and families.

All children and families have inherent value and deserve to be protected, respected, and provided with opportunities for personal growth and development to be self-sufficient, contributing members of society.

All individuals are children of God and will be treated with absolute respect and unconditional love.

When the need for therapeutic intervention becomes necessary, children and families have the right to receive appropriate quality, individualized services, which are above reproach and provided along a continuum of care.

All staff members have the imperative challenge to present themselves as examples of outstanding citizenry for the children, families, and communities we serve.

There shall be a concentrated effort to assure the well-being of children and families. Both families and private sectors shall work in partnership to ensure that adequate resources are provided to support and augment the delivery and quality of therapeutic services.
